APPOINTMENT

1. For Warranty Repair Assistance: Call 1-800-457-0019 for approval or referral to the participating Certified Auto Repair Facility for Commercial Vehicles

2. Must have original invoice/receipt for repair. Give to Auto Repair Facility

4. Auto Repair Facility will contact the warranty administrator for authorization

5. Once authorized, your commercial warranty repair will be performed by the approved repair facility
